It is with great pleasure I introduce you to the world of A1 Marsden Recovery.

When A1 Marsden Recovery was established in 1972, three core business objectives were agreed: -

1) To develop the company to the point whereby it would be regarded as the market leader within the Northern Ireland Vehicle Recovery Industry.

2) To be regarded as an organization offering exceptionally high standards of customer service, committed to excellence at all times.

3) To be the unopposed leader in terms of operator training and employee development within the vehicle recovery industry.

It has been my privilege to lead the team through the various stages of development and the evidence is now apparent that the years of hard work, major injections of capital, investment in training and development and our position as having the most modern and advanced recovery fleet on the island of Ireland, has allowed me to conclude that the initial three business objectives have been achieved.

However, this has not allowed me to rest on the laurels of success as I consider it is my responsibility to continually drive the business forward.

Accepting excellence as our minimum standard is fundamental to our success and this philosophy ensures we are in a position to meet the demands of our valued customers and clients.
