Our satellite depots are located in Lisburn and Belfast, and
provide further storage and examination areas. Our 24 hour Control
Centre demonstrates our investment in technology to ensure that
our operators receive data as quickly and efficiently as possible.
This allows interaction with our client's computers 24/7 and
results in an average response time of 32 minutes.
Our Controllers have a wealth of knowledge in the Ireland
and UK road systems which results in the resources required for
the job to be despatched accurately and without delay.
Mappoint and Autoroute are used to locate the locations as
quickly and accurately as possible. All workstations are equipped
with e-mail and Internet access and are permanently staffed.
A1 Marsden can also provide Call Handling services for other
companies. This is of particular benefit to companies who cannot
justify a night time control service. We can tailor the service
provided to each individual customer - whether the requirement is
on a permanent basis, temporary or as a one-off.
Most of our front line rescue vehicles are fitted with
tracking which enables us to monitor their real time position.
The information monitored within our control centre allows
us to provide our clients with up to date information on ETAs, On
Scene and Completion.
A1 Marsden can broker assistance throughout mainland Europe.
We have multi-lingual staff and can take calls in Lithuanian,
Russian, Polish, Ukranian and Spanish.
Our control room currently handles in excess of 1200
breakdown and recovery jobs a month. All telephone calls are
recorded for security and training purposes. 90% of calls are
answered within 5 seconds. |
