If a breakdown's serious enough to need a flatbed truck recovery, we can safely assume the people involved aren't having the best of days. Which is why, as one of our Recovery Drivers, you're doing a whole lot more than getting a vehicle onto the back of a lorry.
You'll interact with people, reassure them, get them to their destination, and generally ensure that they enjoy the very best customer experience that they can in the circumstances. Whatever your background, ideally, you'll have an HGV Class 1 or 2 Licence. But more important than this are your Customer Service skills where you're able to deal with people in such a way that ensures they are overwhelmed by the level of service offered by the A1 Marsden.
